Jan Goetze

Highly esteemed in the construction industry, Jan brings strong design development skills, commercial acumen, a broad range of industry experience and technical knowledge from project inception to completion coupled with strong industry relationships.

This experience, along with his building engineering background, enables him to drive resolution of design and construction issues, and introduction of value management initiatives during tender and post-tender phases, and to support project teams in Design management and project kick-off.

Another focus area for Jan are innovation and lean construction, including BIM based design coordination and prefabrication. He establishes a collaborative project environment, in which client, design team, head contractor and subcontractors work together to optimise design as well as forsee and eliminate any coordination issues.
