She has built working relationships with top talent while partnering with businesses to achieve their organisational strategies and objectives. Her track record includes developing a culture of success and employee satisfaction while providing first line support for company employees and all resources. Kellie joined SYNERGY CONSTRUCT shortly after the business commenced and has been instrumental in the recruitment and retention of our most talented and key personnel. During this time she has helped us grow from a two person team to well over thirty professional staff plus labour and contractors.
Before joining the SYNERGY CONSTRUCT team, Kellie spent over eight years at Hotel Grand Chancellor, where she partnered with the leadership team to implement business strategies and positively develop employees across the organisation.
