Michael is a design and construct cost and procurement expert with over 25 years of experience working with building delivery teams throughout Australia.

From iconic projects such as Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Convention Centre, Pullman Hotel and Liberty Towers Glenelg, Michael has led many building delivery teams in the ‘front end’ of projects, establishing robust budgets and driving design to cost outcomes that meet all of the client’s requirements and expectations.

As Business Director of SYNERGY CONSTRUCT, Michael is responsible for all bid management and contract execution, as well as leading the initial design and subcontractor procurement stages of each project. He has a vested interest in the project delivery and maintaining long term relationships with all stakeholders.

As a ‘hands on’ company director, Michael brings reliability and proven track record to the project’s cost control, while at the same time creating an atmosphere for the project team to thrive.
