Situated intricately behind King William Street at the end of a closed laneway, yet rising conspicuously above its surrounds, Toms Court Hotel will include short stay accommodation and serviced apartments as well as a ground floor reception and cafe.
The extremely narrow site presented interesting logistical challenges for the project team, who have successfully created and managed a functional, practical and community friendly logistical plan to service the construction phase of the project.
269 Deltacore floor panels have been installed within the building, along with 29 precast balconies and 24 precast internal stair components (totalling 448 steps!).
