The COMO Norwood mixed development, located on The Parade in the heart of Norwood, consists of modern townhouses on a floating sky terrace, luxury penthouse apartments that offer spectacular views, as well as stunning urban landscaped courtyard areas. The development also provides a vibrant retail precinct, specialty stores, a medical centre, Coles supermarket and ample car parking.

SYNERGY CONSTRUCT’s skilled management team drew on its extensive experience to plan intense trade vehicle movements whilst minimising disruption to adjacent residential and commercial properties.

This accolade underscores our team’s dedication and expertise in delivering top-tier construction solutions.

Key optimisations include:

  • Refined floor-to-floor heights to allow an additional apartment level while maintaining the overall building height for planning regulations.
  • Redesign of the superstructure to a post-tensioned slab solution in lieu of a prefabricated flooring system with complex structural steel framing.
  • Simplification of the facade incorporating load-bearing precast in lieu of lightweight cladding where possible for construction efficiency.
